Little Mr Bouqs is owned and operated by Little Mr Bouqs Pty Ltd (ABN 91 713 141 654). All content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Little Mr Bouqs Pty Ltd. Unauthorized use of any materials from our website is prohibited.
1. Terms of Use
By using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms, conditions, and disclaimers. Little Mr Bouqs reserves the right to amend or update this information at any time without notice.
2. Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express via the Stripe payment gateway, and also offer PayPal as a payment option. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways, and payment information is not stored unless you opt to save it within your online account. Our website is protected by a current SSL certificate.
3. Days of Operation & Deliveries
Operating Hours: Little Mr Bouqs operates deliveries Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on weekends, public holidays, or during the Christmas period. Unavailable delivery dates will be indicated on our website. If an order is placed for a non-delivery day, we will contact you to arrange an alternative date or offer a refund.
Holiday Closures: We close for an extended period over Christmas. Closure dates will be announced in advance on our website.
4. Delivery Policy
Delivery Areas: We currently operate in Brisbane and the Gold Coast, covering selected suburbs. Please refer to our website for a complete list of delivery areas. If the suburb you wish to deliver to is not listed, please contact us before placing an order.
Same-Day Delivery Cut-Off: Orders must be placed by 11:00 am (AEST) for Brisbane and by 11:00 am (AEST) for the Gold Coast to qualify for same-day delivery. Orders placed after these times will be delivered on the next business day.
Delivery Hours: Business deliveries are made between 10:00 am and 5:30 pm, and residential deliveries between 11:00 am and 7:00 pm. We cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time. If a specific time is requested and cannot be met, we will contact you to arrange a refund or alternate delivery time.
Failed Deliveries: If the recipient is not available and there is nowhere safe to leave the flowers, the order will be returned to our store. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional fees may apply for re-delivery attempts.
Hospital Deliveries: We deliver to hospitals, but please note that some wards (e.g., ICU) may not accept flowers. If delivery is rejected, the order will be returned, and we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
5. Product Availability & Substitutions
Daily Selection: We offer a single style of flowers each day, with limited quantities available. Once sold out, the product will no longer be available for purchase that day. You can place orders for future dates, subject to product availability.
Substitutions: Due to the seasonal nature of flowers, substitutions may be necessary. We guarantee that any substituted flowers will be of equal or greater value and quality.
6. Warranties, Refunds, & Cancellations
Change of Mind: Due to the perishable nature of flowers and the quick turnaround times, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been placed.
Quality Concerns: If you are not satisfied with the quality of your flowers, please contact us immediately with a clear photograph. We will assess the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. For same-day orders, cancellations must be made before the order leaves our store. A 100% cancellation fee may apply for late cancellations.
7. Products Containing Alcohol
Liquor Licensing Compliance: We are licensed to sell alcohol, but sales are subject to strict regulations. Alcohol can only be delivered as part of a gift and cannot exceed 2L per purchase. The recipient must be over 18 and may be required to provide proof of age. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if these conditions are not met.
8. Photo Cards
Upload & Content: When ordering, you may choose to add a photo card for an additional fee. We reserve the right to refuse to print and send any photo deemed offensive or inappropriate.
Privacy: Photo cards are not enclosed in an envelope and may be visible to others during delivery. We are not liable for any issues arising from this.
9. SMS Terms of Use
By opting in to receive SMS notifications from Little Mr Bouqs, you agree to receive recurring messages, including promotional content. You can opt out at any time by texting “STOP.” Message and data rates may apply. We are not responsible for delays or errors in receiving messages.
10. Pricing
Product Pricing: Prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST. Delivery fees are added at checkout, and prices are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to availability.
11. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
