If the recipient is discharged or cannot be found, the order will return to the store, and a redelivery may be arranged. Additional fees may apply if the new address is outside our delivery area. If delivery is rejected by the hospital, the order will return to the store, and redelivery may incur extra charges if outside our delivery zone.
