Internship Opportunity: Floristry & Social Media

Hello! 

Are you passionate about flowers and interested in gaining hands-on experience in both floristry and social media? While we aren’t currently hiring experienced florists, we’re excited to offer internship opportunities for those looking to dive into the world of floristry and digital marketing at our Southern Gold Coast location.

What kind of activities will you be doing?

• Assisting in the creation of beautiful floral arrangements, working with a variety of fresh flowers.
• Packaging and preparing bouquets for delivery, ensuring each one is presented perfectly.
• Supporting our social media efforts by helping to create content, capture stunning images of our arrangements, and engage with our online community.
• Learning the ropes of customer service within a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Potentially joining us on early morning flower market runs to experience the selection process.

What are we looking for?

• Enthusiastic and eager to learn, with a strong interest in floristry and social media.
• Organised, reliable, and capable of working independently or alongside our team.
• A friendly, professional communicator who thrives in a collaborative setting.
• A willingness to grow and adapt, with a positive attitude toward new challenges.

What else?

• Ability to commit to flexible hours, primarily Monday – Friday, with some early starts for special events.
• A driver’s licence and access to a car is a plus but not essential.
